PRODUCTION OVERVIEW
THE SCRIPT
The script was written sometime in 2005/2006 by STANLEE OHIKHUARE, who is also the Director of the Movie. The story was spontaneous and we knew at once that it was worth being our first major animation project; being favoured over other scripts that were written before it. We had even commenced work on another project "taming Toti"
FINDING VOICE TALENTS
In our search for voice talents, we did not concentrate on popular names... most of our voice talents
are regular guys; friends and so on. Originally, Joke Silva was earmarked for the role of Queen Shebaz but because of her busy schedule, we could not get her to participate. Same story goes for Kate Henshaw.
Today, Jumoke Fola - Alade (IMOLE) is the voice of Queen Shebaz.. We had an auditioning for all the characters but finding the voice of Shebaz has been the most demanding quest in all of our production. Shebaz's voice set us back over a year! ...we could'nt just compromise it.

A FORMAL LAUNCH
LIFESPAN and MIGHTY JOT ANIMATION STUDIOS had a public unveiling at Planet one entertainment, Lagos on the 19th of March 2007. We just wanted to document every aspect of this journey.
CHARACTER DESIGN
We made thousands of sketches to come up with our final characters. We also tried to make the characters look like the people voicing them

THE QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE
n our quest for perfection, we have re-created all of our character at least three times because we were not satisfied with what we had. We have even uploaded a couple of stills from our archive of replaced characters. Don't worry though; we've gotten it right finally - there's no more changing of characters
